LED is a highly efficient light-emitting diode device, it must work in a constant current environment in order to continue to emit a steady bright light to illuminate the world. The driving power of the pros and cons will directly affect its luminous brightness and light quality. How to choose a good LED filament driving power supply is the key to the manufacture of LED filament lamp with good performance price ratio.
At present, there are three kinds of power supply for LED filament lamp:
One is about to be out of the resistance capacitance step-down power supply;
Two is the mainstream of the non isolated switch constant current drive power supply;
Three is a new high voltage linear constant current drive power supply.
At present, the mainstream product of LED filament lamp is C35 candle lamp and A60 bulb lamp, they can install the power supply space is very narrow.
LED filament lamp at the initial stage of development, only add a plastic ring to expand to accommodate the power supply module in the space between the glass bulb and lamp cap; with a new generation of LED filament lamp special driving power chip came out, many LED drive and protection function of power required are concentrated into the chip, the application circuit are more concise and application circuit the surrounding parts more scarce, production costs decline further.
Today, a new generation of space occupied by smaller power supply chips and programs can meet the requirements of filament lamps without plastic parts.
At present, the grid voltage of all countries in the world are not the same, many countries have two different grid voltage in use at the same time, such as the United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Brazil, Vietnam, the grid voltage from AC100V-240V power supply, large span, which requires the input voltage for the filament lamp AC100V-240V.
Working voltage, filament lamp current basic requirement is DC150V/10-30mA, so according to the different input voltage range will be designed to boost power supply (input AC90-130V), blood pressure (type AC180-265V), automatic lifting pressure (type AC90-265V) in three different modes, to adapt to the different grid voltage.
